How do celebrity moms get back into shape?

Categories:  Celebrity Gossip

From Angelina to Jamie Lynn, it seems like new Hollywood moms are popping up left and right! Here’s how A-list celebrities go from mummy to yummy in no time:

It’s obvious from her rock-hard abs that Gwen Stefani is a gym devotee, but she says post-pregnancy fitness is all about letting yourself indulge. She admitted, “I cheat every day at least once.”

Whether it’s in Bond movies or as Catwoman, Halle Berry is always showing off her perfect figure. After having her baby, she went for a disciplined routine of 1 hour of cardio for 5 days a week.

Jaime Pressly told Fox News, “You have to treat yourself every now and then.” She lost the baby weight by mixing up a cabbage soup diet with the occasional trip to McDonalds!

Jennifer Lopez kept her famous curves in tip-top condition by doing Pilates everyday. After her pregnancy, she cut down on calories and eliminated all carbs from her diet.

I have 3 children and the way I have stayed the same size since high school is just being dedicated to working out. Women can never do too many crunches, sit ups and leg lifts. Set a schedule that works for you, I work out 4 days a week for 1 hour each day. If that’s to much for you, do 10 sit up during commercial breaks of your favorite tv shows!!

Regarding Jennifer Lopez, didn’t her plastic surgeon get recognized for her body? With the money she has believe me she went back to the dr after birth. Once you have surgery you havennto go back for corrections. If you watch entertainment tonight they even let you know many people in Hollywood lie about having plastic surgery. The only way to get back in shape without surgery is exercise on a regular basis.

Lisa your right. Everything about plastic surgery for the fast and easy fix. I can see when women have twins or more what happens to their bodies might not be able to be fixed by exercise alone and diet. In some cases I can understand it’s needed but not for just the easy way out.
