One friend was on a mission to meet Stars. While we were on Catalina Island, Matt LaBlanc (pre-"Friends") was seated at a bar table. My friend was convinced that this guy (Matt) was a Star. He asked Matt for autograph. Matt said, "Thanks, man. I didn't know anyone recognized me from my work." Just the kind of commercial I need to do. LOL! I feel doing a commercial, or being an EXTRA is a good way to get started and get your foot in the door in the entertainment industry.
