Joining SAG? Consider These Facts First

Any actor hoping to work professionally in television or film has the ultimate goal of joining SAG, the Screen Actors Guild.

Unfortunately, now might not be the time to sign on the dotted line. If you’re offered a principle role then waiting may not be an option. For those that aren’t in that category, it might be smart to not rush into things. All I’m advising is to take the time to think about the pluses and minuses.

    I have seen the word SAG used in a lot of articles here on IC, but I never knew what the term stood for. Thanks to you, Renee; now I do. I read this article and I continued to read further about the pluses and minuses. Renee, you gave out some great information that helped me out a lot.
