    agreat advice.it’s a little disconcerting when you become nervous but I find deep breathing and walking around helps.Acting affected becomes apparent in anything you do.Gail

    I love being myself so maybe reality tv is the perfect thing for me. Being myself means less acting I will have to do. LOL!
