Word of the Day: Swing gang

InstantCast Word of the DaySWING GANGA person or a group of people who make last-minute changes on a film set. The swing gang’s duties have a very wide range, and can include anything from constructing of new portions of a set from scratch or simply hauling pieces of furniture off the set. The swing gang takes instructions from both the director and the set designer and is responsible for making sure the set looks perfect!

    This was a very interesting “Word of the Day”. The definition of the term does not fit the title. “Swing Gang” can make someone think of the term in other aspects.
