Jon Stewart may not be the most high-profile celebrity dad… names like Brad Pitt or Ben Affleck definitely spring to mind first. But we love Jon Stewart because he’s singlehandedly made political savvy cool on The Daily Show. What better example to set for his kids?

After making it on the comedy club circuit, Jon Stewart landed a gig on MTV hosting the popular but short-lived The Jon Stewart Show.

A few years later, his hilarious political commentary was a smash hit on The Daily Show – landing him a whopping 10 Emmys!

He’s been equally lucky in his personal life. Jon met his wife Tracey on a blind date (awww) set up by a production assistant. Four years later, he proposed with a customized New York Times crossword puzzle! This adorable start led to two adorable kids, Nathan and Maggie.
