Our very own Gail King is going to be on NBC’s hit sitcom 30 Rock! Hear her story and get inspired to find success like Gail: “A number of months ago I sent in my resume for 30 Rock and was told that they were breaking for summer vacation. I figured that would be the end of that…but yesterday evening I received a call from a casting agent who asked me to be an extra as an upscale patron in an elegant restaurant and also in a scene in Rockefeller Plaza.

To the many of you who ask if you can really win parts on these castings, the answer is a YES. Sometimes it takes a few months. Sometimes you have to go the extra step and apply for whatever you think you would be cast in even if you are not sure you meet all the criteria. It really does feel good to get that email or phone call asking if you would like to be on a show. So, don’t give up or get discouraged. Gail King.”
