Summer has officially come to an end, but there’s no need to get too down!  Fall can be one of the best seasons when it comes to entertainment.  One of the things I love about fall is all of the returning television programs and new shows to check out.  I am personally looking forward to How I Met Your Mother, Glee, and Desperate Housewives.  But of course there are many more shows that are running strong and going into a new season this fall.  Some of my favorite actresses will be starring in new shows this fall.  Zoey Deschanel is starring in a show on Fox called New Girl.  Christina Ricci is in a fun new series called Pan Am and Sarah Michelle Geller comes back to TV with the The CW show, Ringer. Getting to the gym and busting your butt is only half the battle when it comes to shaping up for stardom!  What you’re eating throughout your day could flush all of that hard work down the toilet.  The first step to eating right is knowing the difference of what food is good and bad for your body.  Just because we hear of celebrities steering clear of carbs, does not mean carbs are bad for you.  And you don’t have to starve yourself to get the body of your dreams.  Make healthy choices at the supermarket so you are not tempted by fats and sweets every time you go into your kitchen. Stock up on your favorite vegetables and keep portion control in mind when you’re buying snacks.  Keep almonds or a piece of fruit in your bag everyday so you are not starving if you are rushed between auditions and have to skip a meal.
