While you were watching fireworks and enjoying a nice family barbecue, two summer blockbusters tied at the box office! It was Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox vs. Ray Romano and Queen Latifah as Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs both made $42.5 million this weekend! While 4th of July weekend is always huge for moviegoers–Will Smith as Hancock won the crown last year–no one could have predicted these results.
